Because the support is remote, you get reliable, flexible help without the cost or commitment of hiring someone locally or full-time. Communication is clear and regular, so you always know what’s being handled.

No. The opposite. My role is to take work off your plate, not add another thing to oversee. I take the time to understand how your business works and what you need, then get on with the tasks and projects we agree on. You’ll receive updates and check-ins, but you won’t need to constantly chase or explain things.

Not exactly. While some tasks may overlap, my support goes beyond basic task completion. I focus on ownership, follow-through, and keeping things moving — particularly with ongoing admin and project work. Clients often come to me because they want dependable business support rather than one-off tasks or constant direction.
